What leads us to believe that we produce
a quality bulk?
We continuously study smelting and metallurgical processes in order to have an absolute know-how. We invest in high-tech production lines and evaluate their performance on a daily basis.
• We are equipped with CFF filtration with different filtrations (10-20-30 PPI over)
• We check density
• We check oxides using K-molds
• We have 17 packaging configurations for our products and use 100% PET derived from recycled plastics
• We discuss and develop projects with research centres and universities
Is it necessary to eliminate the presence of oxides?
We have a modern casting system that guarantees this, eliminating the oxide burrs produced by traditional casting wheels and by means of preformed channels reduce them;
the latter also remove moisture.
